Inclusive therapy services for teens and adults in the Bay Area.
Tailored support for confusing emotions.
Stop feeling stuck. Create emotional space. Start therapy.
Therapy can help create change. I provide support for emotionally overwhelmed teens, adults frustrated with the disconnect between how they feel and how they want to feel, and families who are struggling with talking to each other effectively. If you’re looking for individual or family support, I can help.
About me
Hi. I'm Sarah, and I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Reaching out for support can be challenging, and it’s great that you’re here. I do this work because I remember how hard it is to be a teenager. I love this work because I enjoy helping adults identify and communicate their needs in new ways. I’m committed to this work because I know how life changing it can be to sort through painful memories related to family. I can support you with finding new ways of talking about, thinking about, and feeling your feelings.
